The story: The Hotel Paradise is a haven of five-star luxury and exceptional customer service. As the hotel’s manager, you are rightly proud of the spotless reputation you have built up with decades of hard work and dedication.

But one morning you receive a call which threatens to shatter the Hotel Paradise’s good name. Lady Murdoch-Westwell claims an exquisite diamond necklace and a sapphire ring have been stolen from her room as she dined in the hotel’s bistro. Pointing the finger at one of the hotel’s maids, she has already put an expensive claim in to her insurers.

You trust your staff and are sure she must be lying but can you prove their innocence and protect the hotel’s future?
